Indications/Uses
Fe deficiency & Fe deficiency anemia associated w/ vit B deficiencies; after acute or chronic blood loss; anemia & asthenia during convalescence from surgery; neurasthenia associated w/ low nutritional level; post-gastrectomy anemia & anemia secondary to parasitism; as supplementation in pre- & postnatal periods when higher Fe intake is required.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: May be taken w/ meals to reduce GI discomfort.
Adverse Reactions
GI irritation, altered bowel habits.
